Production Team Member – Packing & Inspection

About the role

This position is a core part of the production floor at Bonduelle Fresh Americas. The team member supports line leads by ensuring products are packed, labeled, and inspected to meet the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow GMP, PPE, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines while operating in a wet environment.
• Pack, fill, stack, label, and inspect salad bowls and other fresh vegetable products.
• Maintain yield standards, verify weight, seal integrity, and proper bowl marking.
• Operate and change equipment such as tape machines and box labelers.
• Clean work areas, bowls, and tools following 5S methodology.
• Report any quality issues to QA and comply with SQF regulatory programs.
• Assist with dishwasher operation and decanting spray processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment and conveyors.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and multitask across multiple production positions.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
