Production Team Member – Packing & Inspection

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our fresh vegetable processing facility. In this hands‑on position you will support the production team leads by performing packing, filling, labeling and inspection tasks while upholding the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow GMP, PPE, HACCP and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Use proper tools to open bags, place product and condiments into bowls, and pack units into approved cases.
• Visually inspect packed bowls for correct marking, positioning, seal integrity, weight and migration.
• Operate equipment such as tape machines, box labelers and dishwashers, and change out components as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices around moving equipment and conveyors in a wet environment.
• Comply with SQF regulatory programs and enforce the 5S methodology.
• Notify QA of any product that falls out of specification.
• Perform cleaning of bowls, tools, equipment and totes according to established procedures.
• Be cross‑trained and able to multitask across multiple production positions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English, French and Spanish.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to follow documented processes and safety protocols.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Creo (CAD) software.
