Production Systems Technician

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Technician and help clients maintain and enhance their printing equipment. You will work on a variety of Konica Minolta products, providing on‑site diagnostics, repairs, installations, and connectivity troubleshooting while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, break/fix, and installation of Konica Minolta printing equipment.
• Run technical diagnostics, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and remove/replace hardware components.
• Use and maintain a range of tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits and update client records in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to develop professional customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• N+ Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to IT Networks (a plus).
