Production Systems Professional

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Professional and help clients optimize their printing and IT environments. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose equipment issues, and deliver solutions that keep their workplaces running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on Konica Minolta printing equipment.
• Conduct technical diagnostics, break/fix, hardware removal, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to service production machinery.
• Drive to assigned customer sites, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred A+ or Network+ certification and exposure to IT networks.
