Production Supervisor – Second Shift

About the role

The Production Supervisor on the second shift is responsible for overseeing batch manufacturing of nutritional and dietary‑supplement products, ensuring safe, high‑quality output while leading a team of line operators. The role reports to the Sr. Production Manager and acts as backup in their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee completion of batch production records and supervise line employees.
• Lead structured problem‑solving using Go See Think Do (GSTD) methodology to address operational, quality, safety and people issues.
• Develop, coach and enforce operational standards, SOPs and standard work through floor observation and feedback.
• Alert management to equipment or material issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety, cGMP, HACCP, NSF and SQF requirements.
• Contribute to SOP development, operator qualification and cross‑training.

Required profile

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of production supervisory experience in food or dietary‑supplement manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to lift 15‑20 lb boxes, stand for long periods and work a 4x10 shift (Wed‑Sat, 2:30 PM‑1:00 AM).
