Production Supervisor

About the role
3M is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly employees at its Cordova, Illinois facility. You will ensure safe, efficient production while supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead approximately 15 hourly shift production employees.
- Execute safe and efficient production operations at the Cordova plant.
- Determine staffing deployments and prioritize tasks for the crew.
- Support safety, quality, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.
Required profile
- High School diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start).
- Five (5) years of combined experience in a lead operator role or equivalent in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cordova, IL and travel up to 5% domestically or internationally.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerBI.
