Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor leads the plant start‑up, managing production schedules, product quality, and staff while ensuring a safe, efficient environment. Hours are 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor processes to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and manage staffing resources.
• Implement quality control and sanitation measures, addressing issues promptly.
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and create weekly labor schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and maintain accurate production records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Proactive decision‑making and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
