Production Specialist – Merchandising Operations

About the role

TwelveTwelve is looking for a highly organized Production Specialist to support the delivery of key merchandising programs and enterprise accounts. You will act as a central hub, coordinating purchase orders, production trackers, supplier communications, sample coordination, compliance documentation, and logistics to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date project trackers, account documents, purchase‑order records, and client‑specific process files.
• Gather information from suppliers and internal teams to provide accurate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with purchase‑order conversion, supplier hand‑off, and review of requirements, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up with factories on production status, sample progress, and milestone dates, updating critical‑path documents accordingly.
• Track open supplier actions, flagging delays or missing information for manager review.
• Coordinate pre‑production samples, manage approvals, revisions, and dispatch details.
• Organize production photos, sample feedback, and related documentation for easy reference.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in production, supply‑chain, operations, merchandising, or a similar support role (internships or entry‑level experience considered).
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and documents.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling purchase orders and documentation.
