Production Solutions Consultant

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Solutions Consultant to act as the expert on its full line of KMBS production print hardware and solutions. The consultant will partner with accounts to assess workflows, design and configure solutions, and drive software and professional services revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to production print and professional services revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer production print strategies.
• Perform pre‑sales opportunity assessments, create statements of work, and expand software solutions.
• Demonstrate solution value through proofs of concept and presentations.
• Analyze customer business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with implementation teams on resourcing and staffing for deployments.
• Maintain sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of production print solution consulting or sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong time‑management and organizational discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Four‑year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Production print hardware knowledge.
• End‑to‑end production printing workflow expertise.
• Experience with CRM Management Systems.
• Understanding of professional services processes.
