Production Print Specialist

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Print Specialist to lead the national production print program within an assigned branch. The role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and delivering tailored print solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge to local sales teams and management, identifying vertical market opportunities and target accounts.
• Support and execute telemarketing strategies, ensuring a focused production print approach for key and targeted accounts.
• Prospect, develop customer relationships, and assess needs using Konica Minolta’s sales process and product expertise.
• Conduct needs analysis, develop solutions, deliver demonstrations, generate proposals with pricing, negotiate, and maintain the production print customer base.
• Assist sales teams in creating account plans to meet market objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts and drive profitable production print sales, service revenue, customer retention, and growth.

Required profile

• Documented history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of competitive equipment, applications, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Effective time‑management and organizational discipline.
• PC and software proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the production print industry.
• Preferably a 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
