About the role

Join the production team as a Production Operator at CircuitHub, an automated electronics factory building rapid prototyping solutions for hardware companies. No prior electronics manufacturing experience is required; curiosity and a hands‑on attitude are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Equipment Operation – running and monitoring automated SMT lines and assembly equipment
• Quality Control – performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards
• Material Handling – managing component inventory, kitting parts, and keeping workstations organized
• Process Optimization – following SOPs and suggesting efficiency improvements
• Machine Maintenance – routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams
• Documentation – recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining work logs
• Safety Compliance – adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new automated systems
• Ability to follow detailed procedures while thinking critically about process improvements
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling small components
