Production Operator II

About the role

Niagara is seeking a Production Operator II to join its bottled‑water manufacturing team. You will work on a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule, operating and maintaining production line equipment while ensuring product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Start, stop, and monitor equipment such as palletizers, carton makers, sealers and injection machines.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments and report any issues to maintenance.
• Complete and update production logs, machine reports, quality and downtime reports.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, manage raw‑material inventories and handle waste materials.
• Conduct hourly quality inspections and report defects immediately.
• Assist in multiple production areas and provide relief coverage as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (2‑2‑3 schedule) with reliable attendance.
• Understanding of production flow and ability to maximize throughput.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues clearly.

Required skills

• Familiarity with computer systems such as Oracle/MES or similar order‑management platforms.
