Production Operator (Extrusion) – Night Shift

About the role

This is a machine‑operator level position on the extrusion production line at Spartech’s Sheboygan Falls facility. You will work night shifts, helping to produce thin‑gauge plastic sheeting for medical, food, and graphic‑arts customers while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment and material‑handling machinery.
• Assist the lead operator during change‑overs and line adjustments.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Read and follow shop orders and production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with the operator and shift lead.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Operate forklifts as needed for material movement.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows; SAP experience a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and self‑starter attitude.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour night shifts.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
• Plastic extrusion experience is a plus but not required.
