Production Operator – Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Operator works on the manufacturing floor to turn raw ingredients into finished beverage product ready for packaging. This full‑time, on‑site position combines sanitation duties with precise weighing, batching, blending, and equipment operation to ensure consistent quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials and execute batching and blending to specification.
• Operate production equipment including CIP Cart, RO System, Deaeration Skid, brewhouse/pilot brewhouse, hot/cold liquor tanks, batching table, blending skid, fermenters, and brite tanks.
• Perform cellar work such as tank preparation, transfers, and staging product for packaging.
• Conduct CIP and sanitation of tanks and equipment, fill tanks with de‑ionized water, and maintain equipment readiness.
• Monitor process parameters, ensure product meets quality standards, and follow GMP, SQF, and food‑safety guidelines.
• Complete batch documentation and production logs, and coordinate with Quality and Packaging teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability and experience to perform production, sanitation, and equipment‑operation tasks at the required level.
• Willingness to be physically present on the production floor daily.
