Production Material Handler

About the role

The Production Material Handler plays a critical part in receiving, staging, and returning raw materials while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This full‑time, onsite position offers hands‑on experience in a clean, innovative warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all inventory warehouse procedures for receiving and returning materials, adhering to company policies.
• Complete inventory and production paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and maintain supply integrity.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to store, rotate, move, and issue materials.
• Select, inspect, label, and distribute correct materials to designated production areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area using FIFO practices.
• Coordinate receiving, staging, and return of production materials while following OSHA and site‑specific safety requirements.
• Provide materials for production orders accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and handle allergenic ingredients safely.
• Strong concentration to distinguish 300+ product codes and lot numbers.
• Capability to perform basic math calculations in grams and other units.
• Experience verifying packaging materials for correctness and condition.
