Production Manager – Live Entertainment

About the role

RWS Global is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of live entertainment productions across the US and/or UK. Based in Orlando, the role will coordinate logistics, manage schedules and ensure technical and operational excellence for a variety of shows and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, timelines and workflows for multiple projects.
• Allocate and manage resources including crew, equipment, vendors and site logistics.
• Coordinate with producers, directors, technical teams and clients to align production with creative vision and budget.
• Provide world‑class customer service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor production budgets, track expenses and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee health, safety and compliance standards on all production sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing live entertainment or themed‑entertainment productions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
