About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our home‑remodeling painting projects. The role combines client relationship management, team leadership, and end‑to‑end project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit and onboard skilled painters.
• Schedule and coordinate projects from start to finish, keeping them on budget and meeting high quality standards.
• Procure all necessary materials, including paint and supplies, for seamless execution.
• Lead the painting team, ensuring smooth operations and exceeding client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or account management.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• High level of professionalism and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Motivation to take on new challenges in a fast‑growing company.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
