Production Kitter – Onsite (Highland Heights, OH)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Production Kitter to join its Space and Defense Group in Highland Heights, Ohio. The role supports the manufacturing floor by preparing and delivering kits of components and supplies needed for production jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and stock components on inventory shelves, recording locations in the ERP system.
• Prepare production kits, verifying part numbers, quantities, and recording relevant PO and lot numbers.
• Deliver kits to the production floor and ensure technicians have required materials.
• Support cycle‑counting activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor non‑inventory items using a Kanban system and request reorders as needed.
• Assist Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Coordinators with packaging and labeling of finished goods.
• Provide support to Fiber Optic Technicians to keep kit flow uninterrupted.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal, written and computer work instructions in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software for inventory tracking.
• Experience using a Kanban system for non‑inventory items.
• Basic computer literacy.
