Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized Production Coordinator to join Esquire Brands’ New York team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to footwear manufacturing, supporting daily production operations and building strong relationships with overseas factories.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer and stock purchase orders and maintain accurate production timelines and sample logs.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories via email to obtain production status and shipment timing.
• Update internal systems with changes to purchase orders and production milestones.
• Track incoming samples, log revisions, and distribute samples to internal teams for review and approval.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets that track production schedules and timelines.
• Assist production managers and quality teams to keep workflow smooth and on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of footwear production terminology (preferred but not required).
• Interest in beginning a career in footwear production and operations.
