About the role
Join Flowers Foods as a Production Associate working the 1 PM to 9 PM shift. You will support the bakery production line, ensuring products are made safely, legally, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform production line tasks as directed by the person in charge.
- Execute routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Follow all company policies, including safety, EEO, sexual‑harassment, and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
- Complete additional duties assigned by supervision, such as schedule adherence and attendance requirements.
Required profile
- Entry‑level position requiring minimal training.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record job‑related information.
- Ability to show competency in activities that affect product safety, legality, or quality.
