Production Associate – Rotating Shift

About the role

We are looking for Production Associates to work on a rotating shift schedule in our Geneva facility. Shifts alternate between 12‑hour days for one month and 12‑hour nights for the next month, with every other weekend off. The role offers a full‑time 40‑hour pay structure while providing a varied work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and stack glass according to safety standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard work instructions.
• Perform hands‑on production tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Store, move, and manage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate handheld scanners or on‑board computers to track inventory.
• Follow established warehouse systems and processes.
• Potentially load and unload trailers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of forklift safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform sit/stand, bend, and reach motions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
