Production Associate – Part‑time (15‑20 hrs/week)

About the role

The Production Associate supports daily operations in a biologics vaccine manufacturing facility. Working part‑time, you will assist with labeling, packaging, and warehouse tasks while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and clean packaging equipment according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records, including temperature logs for equipment.
• Report any malfunctioning or out‑of‑spec equipment to maintenance and supervisors.
• Assist supervisors, managers, scientists, and technicians with daily production tasks.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels of frequently used materials.
• Support cleaning and organization of labeling, packaging, and warehouse areas.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to safety when handling hazardous materials or equipment.
• Flexibility to work Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings for at least two hours.
• Willingness to work around a college schedule (15‑20 hrs/week).

Required skills

• Operation of packaging equipment.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
• Accurate temperature‑log documentation.
