About the role
The Production Associate works on the bakery floor to help produce fresh baked goods safely and efficiently. This entry‑level position is a key part of the production team, ensuring high‑quality products reach consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Operate high‑powered bakery machinery safely.
- Package finished products and mix ingredients according to specifications.
- Move, stack, and transport pans, containers, and other materials.
- Inspect products, reject those that do not meet quality standards, and help reduce waste.
- Complete all required training, audits, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Required profile
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in a warm environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication in English.
