Production Associate – Full‑time Rotating Shift

About the role

Weyerhaeuser is looking for dedicated Production Associate team members to join its engineered lumber facility in Zwolle, Louisiana. This full‑time position works on a twelve‑hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean production area by sweeping and removing debris.
• Operate equipment in assigned zones when primary operators are unavailable.
• Feed items to machinery for processing and remove finished products.
• Follow work instructions and complete delegated tasks safely.
• Perform safe start‑up and shut‑down of equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Steady, documented work history.
• Willingness to work twelve‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work in extreme temperatures.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, navigate catwalks, lift up to 50 lb, stoop and bend.
• Pass pre‑employment testing, background check, drug screen and education verification.

Required skills

• Forklift operation or experience with mobile equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
