Production Associate – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

About the role

Join Tribute Baking Company’s Bohemia, NY facility as a Production Associate working the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. You will be part of a fast‑paced team that mixes, bakes, and packages authentic New York‑style bagels and high‑quality cake products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dough, oven, and freeze‑pack machinery to produce bagels and related products.
• Lift and move loads up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods within a 2‑ft radius.
• Support the Quality Assurance Manager by verifying compliance with HACCP, GMP, SOP, SSOP, and safety procedures.
• Follow strict manufacturing and safety rules in a temperature‑controlled plant.
• Work a rotating schedule (8 am‑4 pm, 4 pm‑12 am, 12 am‑8 am) up to six days a week, including weekends.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in a production environment.
• Physical capability to stand 7.5 hours, lift 50 lb, and perform stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• Willingness to work shift hours and weekend schedules as needed.

Required skills

• Machine operation for mixing, baking, and packaging equipment.
• Food‑safety compliance knowledge (HACCP, GMP, SOP, SSOP).
