Product Support Manager – Underground Drills & Bolters

About the role

Sandvik’s Underground Drilling Division is seeking a Product Support Manager to lead technical support for underground drills and bolters. Based in Denver, CO, you will act as the primary technical liaison between customers, sales, and product development, ensuring optimal performance of our drilling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technical assignments as a subject‑matter expert in underground drilling.
• Manage and mentor a team of underground drilling experts and operator trainers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, identifying solutions for advanced product challenges.
• Coordinate with Application Engineers, Account Managers, Product Masters, and Technical Specialists to resolve product issues.
• Drive frontline readiness for new technologies and product launches, including parts, training, and resources.
• Develop and deliver machine‑specific training packages for operators and maintenance personnel.
• Plan and execute drilling optimization programs with customers to improve productivity.
• Provide technical advisory services on calibration and fine‑tuning of underground drills.

Required profile
