Product Support Manager – Elevator Solutions

About the role

Join KONE’s Spares organization as a Product Support Manager for elevator products. You will coordinate with local and global teams to ensure product availability, quality, and cost while supporting technical inquiries and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical support cases related to parts identification, application engineering, and spare‑parts inquiries through the help‑desk process.
• Support new product introductions, material documentation, inventory requirements, vendor coordination, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with local AME, Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Documentation and new‑product development teams.
• Analyze usage, availability and product data to guide material decisions and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate material recommendations and drive process improvements for operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of elevator and escalator parts, maintenance processes, and supplier networks.
• Ability to analyze usage, availability, and product data to support material decisions and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
