About the role
As a Product Quality & Reliability Engineer IV you will lead multiple quality engineering projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. You will partner with development engineers to embed Design for Reliability (DFR) into new product streams and conduct reliability analysis and validation testing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive 8D and Failure Analysis (FA) projects to successful implementation of corrective solutions.
- Evaluate materials, properties, and manufacturing techniques from a reliability standpoint for both internal and supplier processes.
- Perform FMECA, develop CRAMS test plans, and lead Part Qualification Process (PQP) at supplier sites.
- Troubleshoot and analyze non‑conformance and failure‑rate data using advanced business analytics, prioritizing Q&R projects and preparing management reports.
- Review Engineering Change Requests for impact on quality and reliability.
Required profile
- Depth of expertise in mechanical/electrical/systems engineering, component qualification, and failure analysis.
- Detail‑oriented, high‑energy leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites in the USA and Asia.
