Product Quality & Reliability Engineer II

About the role

The Product Quality & Reliability Engineer II will develop, apply, and maintain quality and reliability standards to meet customer expectations and support the company’s cutting‑edge equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and test quality and reliability standards aligned with customer expectations.
• Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for product quality and reliability.
• Create and execute quality/reliability test plans and conduct failure analysis.
• Gather operational and test data, evaluate results, and prepare documentation.
• Perform FMECA, document CRAMS, and collaborate with suppliers on test plans and PQP.

Required profile

• Demonstrated conceptual knowledge in quality and reliability engineering.
• Understanding of key business drivers and ability to apply them to work.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Solves straightforward problems using technical judgment and precedent.
• Communicates complex information clearly to others.

Required skills

• FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
• Failure analysis and root‑cause investigation.
• Development of quality/reliability test plans and PQP execution.
• Experience with CRAMS documentation and supplier collaboration.
