Product Quality Manager – Co-Manufacturing

About the role

Skinny Dipped is seeking a Product Quality Manager to safeguard brand integrity across its co‑manufacturing network. The role blends on‑site oversight at partner facilities with remote coordination, ensuring that every product meets the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and nutrition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day quality control oversight for all external manufacturing partners.
• Act as the first line of defense and primary quality contact for co‑manufacturers.
• Travel to domestic and international partner facilities to communicate expectations, specifications, and procedures.
• Monitor product quality, give feedback, and enforce best‑practice adherence.
• Lead routine quality meetings and stay informed of production schedules.
• Report performance metrics and product‑quality trends to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and resolve product non‑conformance issues.
• Set and enforce pass/fail criteria, develop non‑conformance reports, and analyze root causes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to implement and refine quality programs.
• Experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably food or snack production.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to partner sites.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant regulatory rules and industry standards.
