Product Owner – TIS Software Developer

About the role

The Product Owner for the Track Identification Services (TIS) software team will join the Army PEO Missiles & Space Integrated Fires Mission Command office at Redstone Arsenal. You will guide the development of C2 track classification software, ensuring the right capabilities are prioritized and delivered in each sprint.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and validate software features and defects for the TIS team.
• Review systems‑engineering designs, algorithms, and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Collaborate with program management to set product‑increment goals and sprint backlogs.
• Conduct technical briefings and advise leadership on status, risks, and impact to the IFMC mission.
• Participate in code reviews and verify deliverables against acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree in engineering, science, or mathematics.
• Minimum 10 years of combined Government/DoD experience.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of CID (Classification, Identification & Discrimination) concepts used in C2 systems.
