Product Owner

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis’s Technology Division is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive technology solutions that meet the needs of its business partners. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile development teams, shaping product vision and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate needs into product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Write and refine user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and guide sprint and release planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies alongside the Scrum Master and development teams, including sprint demos, retrospectives, and planning.
• Gather user feedback, conduct testing, and monitor product performance, adoption, and operational health.
• Coordinate release activities, manage product documentation, and support overall Product Management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
