Product Operations Specialist

About the role

The Product Operations Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Product Operations & Solutions and works closely with product managers, engineering, customers and other cross‑functional partners. The role is focused on driving operational excellence across the product organization by maintaining processes, tooling and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product team allocations, structures and process documentation.
• Coordinate and track delivery timelines, dependencies and milestones throughout the Product Development Lifecycle.
• Gather, document and operationalise enhancement requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Reinforce product development best practices, including definitions of done, squad ceremonies and retrospectives.
• Plan and execute rollout of new product processes, tools and workflow changes across product, engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve team effectiveness.
• Support inbound request intake, requirements maturation and prioritisation of customer enhancement requests.
