Product Marketing Manager, Premium Growth

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead growth experimentation for its Premium subscription business. The role focuses on driving acquisition and retention across SMB and consumer segments, shaping the subscription funnel and ensuring a consistent customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for Premium subscriptions through acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Deeply understand target audience segments and their lifecycle experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize upsell, sign‑up, and onboarding flows.
• Design, execute, and iterate A/B tests on copy, creative, and messaging across web, mobile, and in‑product surfaces.
• Maintain a backlog of hypothesis‑driven experiments and partner with data science and analytics teams for targeting, segmentation, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in designing and interpreting experiments.

Required skills

• Experience designing and executing A/B tests.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams.
