Product Marketing Lead, Growth

About the role

Tinder is seeking a Growth Product Marketing Lead to shape how the brand engages users at scale. You will own the go‑to‑market strategy for new features, craft positioning and messaging, and drive cross‑functional execution across in‑app and owned out‑of‑app channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch GTM plans for product features, ensuring clear positioning and compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with global product, data, design, and growth teams to translate insights into marketing tactics.
• Define user journeys, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact against growth metrics.
• Maintain a framework for continuous learning and optimization of campaigns.
• Partner with regional teams to align local execution with global strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within consumer‑facing apps or tech products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Creative thinker who can craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional and global teams.
