Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager

About the role

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead the diesel product portfolio. You will own the product life‑cycle, drive growth strategies, and collaborate with original equipment manufacturers to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product portfolio and life‑cycle activities for diesel injectors and pumps, including phase‑in, phase‑out, engineering change requests and variant management.
• Lead the 2030 sales growth strategy and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze customer and market requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Coordinate part establishment for service parts and support remanufacturing initiatives.
• Develop pricing strategies, support P&L analysis and drive operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and OE customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3‑5 years (or 5+ years) experience in product management, marketing, technical sales or project management, preferably in the automotive/diesel industry.
• Proven experience with pricing strategy and P&L statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≈10%).
