Product Manager – Procore Platform & Construction Technology

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve its Procore construction platform. You will act as the primary platform steward, shaping the roadmap, driving adoption, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and govern the Procore platform across all modules.
• Partner with the Senior Director to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user feedback and business impact.
• Lead adoption initiatives, deliver training, and identify under‑utilized capabilities for construction, development, and project‑management teams.
• Monitor Procore releases, evaluate new features, and recommend adoption aligned with Greystar workflows.
• Explore Procore AI and automation capabilities to embed intelligence into construction processes.
• Manage ERP integrations with Oracle and Yardi and build reporting tools for leadership visibility.

Required profile

• Deep, hands‑on knowledge of the Procore platform.
• Experience delivering product roadmaps and driving user adoption.
• Proven ability to integrate construction platforms with ERP systems such as Oracle and Yardi.
• Understanding of construction, development, and real‑estate operations.
