Product Manager (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Revel is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of its platform that connects engineers with complex hardware testing systems. You will shape the product vision, work directly with customers, and drive development from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area end‑to‑end, defining what gets built and in what order.
• Develop the vision and strategic roadmap by identifying user needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Create product requirement documents, set milestones, and oversee execution with the development team.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Use the product as customers do, working with real test data and hardware configurations to inform decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management and/or engineering experience.
• Proven ability to translate user feedback into concrete deliverables.
• Experience coordinating engineers to execute a product vision.
• Track record of shipping features from backlog to launch.

Required skills

• Experience with complex, interactive software such as CAD or simulation environments.
• Background in software for hardware systems, preferably in aerospace, robotics, advanced manufacturing, energy, or automotive.
