Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Middesk’s Entity Management team. The role will own the day‑to‑day execution of the roadmap for a core piece of our Payroll Solutions suite, working closely with engineering, operations, legal and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive health of flagship product lines, balancing stability, efficiency and new feature delivery while meeting SLA, retention and margin targets.
• Expand jurisdictional coverage and launch adjacent compliance products across the business lifecycle.
• Scope pre‑deployment workflows, conduct policy engineering, manage offline evaluations and orchestrate safe rollouts.
• Analyze production results to refine agent/system behavior, improve resolution rates and reduce escalations.
• Write clear, buildable specifications, run sprints with engineering and ship features on an iterative cadence.
• Act as the central liaison between Operations, Engineering, Legal/Compliance and Go‑to‑Market teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing SaaS products in a fast‑moving, compliance‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory complexity into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
