Product Manager (I/II/III)

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking experienced Product Managers (I, II, or III) to lead product vision, development, and delivery across multiple business units. This role partners with the U.S. Treasury and internal IT teams to shape market‑driven solutions that support the Bank’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise staff activities for complex, inter‑related business units.
• Manage one or more product portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and develop product roadmaps and release schedules.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Treasury to conduct market and agency research.
• Define functional and non‑functional requirements, UX standards, and ensure alignment with compliance and control frameworks.
• Lead senior professionals, act as escalation point for product issues, and coach teams in Scrum/Agile practices.
• Deliver strategic and tactical plans, business cases, and performance metrics on time and within budget.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Proven track record launching new products and defining product vision.
• Experience developing strategic plans and business cases with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding senior staff and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of banking, Treasury, and regulatory compliance requirements.
