Product Manager I – Healthcare Data & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager I to own a feature area within our Healthcare product portfolio. You will drive product development that leverages provider data and analytics to create value for customers across payer, pharmacy, provider and life‑science markets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather requirements, identify market opportunities and represent their voice throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for a designated feature area, prioritising requirements and working closely with engineering.
• Analyse customer, market and product data to uncover trends, evaluate performance and support data‑driven decisions.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, create product collateral and enable internal teams on product capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience translating business and customer needs into actionable product solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, sales and operations.

Required skills

• Product management fundamentals (roadmapping, requirement definition, acceptance criteria).
• Data‑driven decision making using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare provider data and market dynamics.
