Product Manager, Ghostwriter

About the role

Sierra is seeking a Product Manager to lead Ghostwriter, its AI‑driven agent‑building platform. In this role you will shape how users describe software needs in natural language and watch Ghostwriter generate, test, and deploy fully functional AI agents across chat, voice, and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI‑augmented agent development workflows, enabling CX teams and developers to draft journeys, run simulations, and improve agents using natural language.
• Design human‑in‑the‑loop patterns such as approval flows, change review, and workspace isolation to ensure trust and control.
• Partner closely with AI/ML and platform engineering to select models, build execution architecture, and create evaluation/testing infrastructure.
• Act as the voice of the agent builder, deeply understanding pain points of CX managers, agent developers, and technical teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, including hands‑on work with large language models.
• Proven track record of taking a product from 0→1 to broad adoption in high‑ambiguity environments.
• Strong technical depth to engage with engineers on architecture decisions such as harness design, workspace isolation, and API design.
• Experience shipping AI products at the frontier, with solid understanding of model capabilities, evaluation challenges, and UX for non‑deterministic systems.
