Product Manager – Digital Events

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager for its Digital Events team. The role will own design and execution of major components of the Digital Events tech stack, supporting healthcare professionals, logistics teams, and pharmaceutical sales reps. The position is hybrid, based in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional and non‑functional requirements, specifications, and quality control checks.
• Manage prioritization and focus on enhancements.
• Author high‑quality design specifications within an agile methodology based on industry and downstream system requirements.
• Support release and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure quality delivery.
• Be accountable for the success of the product.
• Acquire deep subject‑matter expertise in promotional and non‑promotional event programming in life sciences.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on product management experience on web‑based workflow.
• 2+ years experience designing web‑based UX.
• 4+ years technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics or related software roles.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate problems into product requirements.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to define AI use cases with clear business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in a relevant field.
