Product Manager – AI Real Estate Platform

About the role

Grotto AI is building an AI‑driven platform that helps multifamily real‑estate teams close leasing conversations faster. As a Product Manager you will turn vision into concrete features, working closely with engineering and customers to shape the product that guides leasing agents in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to translate product vision into detailed specifications and ship features quickly.
• Gather deep customer insights by joining leasing calls, shadowing tours, and observing agents in the field.
• Prioritize roadmap items using a mix of usage data, customer feedback, and strategic intuition.
• Define and track success metrics for new functionality, iterating based on real‑world performance.
• Maintain a hands‑on role in project management, ensuring timely delivery without delegating core execution.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of product, design, or engineering experience at an early‑stage or growth startup.
• Strong product judgment with a focus on simplicity and removing unnecessary complexity.
• Comfortable discussing architecture, data models, and PR reviews despite not writing production code.
• Curiosity to understand the day‑to‑day workflow of leasing agents and translate those insights into product improvements.

Required skills

• Ability to read code reviews, sketch data models, and evaluate architectural trade‑offs.
