Product Manager – Agent SDK

About the role

Join Sierra to lead the development of enterprise‑grade AI agents that represent a brand’s identity. You will shape the product vision, work across multiple stakeholder groups, and bring innovative AI‑driven experiences to market.

Key responsibilities

• Bring Enterprise‑grade AI agents to the world, turning the mission into reality.
• Address the needs of end‑users, CX managers, and developers building on the platform.
• Innovate new tools and processes for building next‑generation AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the broader company.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to customers alongside sales and go‑to‑market teams.
• Own the product end‑to‑end from concept through execution and iteration.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience delivering products from ideation through launch.
• Technical depth to work closely with engineers on complex systems and trade‑offs.
• Strong curiosity about user needs and ability to drive 0→1 product bets in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Alignment with Sierra’s values and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup.
