Product Manager, Agent Development

About the role

Product Manager, Agent Development at Sierra will lead the development of enterprise‑grade AI agents, partnering with engineers and customers to ship agents that handle thousands of conversations daily.

Key responsibilities

• Build enterprise‑grade AI agents by partnering with engineers and customers to ship agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, present demos, and address technical challenges.
• Develop and improve virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
• Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or similar senior product roles.
• Ability to craft messages for customers, including executives, and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• AI‑related product experience or coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go is a plus.
