Product Management Manager – Network Products

About the role

The Manager, Product Management – Network Products will drive innovation across Mastercard’s global core payments network. You will own the product problem definition through delivery, shape technical solutions, build business cases, and lead execution in collaboration with product, technology, regional, and commercialization teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage internal product teams, regional market‑facing teams, and customers to identify product needs and challenges.
• Partner with technology teams to understand system capabilities, validate solutions, and estimate delivery costs.
• Develop clear roadmaps for network enhancements, prioritising initiatives by impact, feasibility and economics.
• Define and deliver on‑behalf and value‑added network services from concept through implementation.
• Lead structured analysis to size opportunities, assess costs and revenues, understand geographic variation and customer behaviour.
• Build compelling narratives and visuals to secure stakeholder buy‑in and influence decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with commercialization and pricing teams to define go‑to‑market strategies, pilots and economic impact.
• Lead the Studio process to manage ongoing innovation and incremental enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in payments and product management.
• Strong understanding of complex, technical products; familiarity with payment network and transaction processing systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate data and financial analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable creating executive‑ready narratives.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
