Product Management Manager – Agentic Commerce

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead its Agentic Commerce portfolio. You will shape the strategy, commercial model, and go‑to‑market approach for digital credential and AI‑enabled payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize strategic and commercial elements of the Agentic Commerce product suite.
• Drive product concepts from ideation through launch and global scaling.
• Act as the product lead for flagship Agentic Commerce features.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners such as AI firms, digital wallets, issuers, merchants, and payment service providers.
• Monitor competitive and market dynamics to inform product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, intellectually curious and analytical.
• Comfortable balancing the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing complex digital payment or fintech products.
