Product Line Manager III – CMP Service Operations

About the role

The Product Line Manager III will support CMP service operations across the region, acting as the focal point for field product support and execution. This role drives cross‑functional initiatives to meet service contracts, improve equipment performance, and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for CMP field product support, aligning service contracts, equipment performance, supply chain, and quality.
• Drive execution of regional CMP service priorities, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Track and improve service contract KPIs such as uptime, availability, and cost performance.
• Lead high‑level customer and field escalations, coordinating with engineering and reliability teams.
• Manage repair, refurbishment, and parts utilization programs with supply‑chain partners.
• Ensure field teams have the technical readiness, documentation, and parts needed for contract execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, services, analytics, or software‑enabled products (10–15 years overall preferred).
• Strong stakeholder influence skills and ability to lead cross‑functional programs without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
