Product Line Manager – Franklin, KY

About the role

The Product Line Manager will lead the development, positioning and commercialization of a designated product line for Geoquest USA, Inc., a leader in Mechanically Stabilized Earth retaining wall systems. Reporting to the CEO or VP of Commercial Sales, the role combines market analysis, product strategy and cross‑functional coordination to bring products from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product development roadmap from concept through design, manufacturing and launch.
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs and translate them into product specifications and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering on R&D, with manufacturing on production planning, and with sales on go‑to‑market tactics.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust product positioning to maximize market share.
• Prepare short‑ and long‑term sales forecasts, ROI analyses and inventory plans.
• Develop marketing communication objectives and support sales teams with product training and materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product lines in a manufacturing or civil‑engineering environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess market data and financial implications.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to influence engineering, production and sales teams.
• Results‑oriented approach with a track record of delivering products to market on schedule.
